Sheng is a Senior Consultant in the M&A and Transactions team, with over five years of experience in M&A transaction advisory and assurance services.

Sheng has worked on buy-side and sell-side due diligence engagements across a wide variety of sectors, including telecommunications, IT, automotive retail, healthcare, and education. He also has expertise in assurance services, including IFRS statutory, regulatory, and group reporting audits within the financial services industry, which includes banking, capital markets, and wealth and asset management.

Sheng is a qualified Chartered Accountant from the South African Institute of Chartered Accountants (SAICA), South Africa, and holds a Bachelor of Business Science degree (Finance and Accounting) as well as a Postgraduate Diploma in Accounting from the University of Cape Town.
