Nishanth is a Director with 13 years of experience in Business Consulting for financial services, retail, manufacturing and family-run conglomerates. He has an extensive experience in various domains, including project leadership for engagements covering the review and restructuring of organizational frameworks, workforce planning, performance management, learning and development, and compensation and rewards.

He has led the design and implementation of transformation value monitoring hubs for a leading global bank and Finance Transformation Portfolios (FTPs) for a prominent global insurer, with a focus on reporting automation, modeling, tech migration, and TOM (Target Operating Model) design.

Additionally, Nishanth is an HR Transformation expert and has led large teams through the implemantation of global regulatory standards and pioneering cutting-edge HR for leading companies. He has spearheaded frontline effectiveness initiatives, rewards and incentives programs, and various other HR endeavors for leading global banks based in Hong Kong and London. He has assumed pivotal roles as the Org-Design and HR process review lead for mergers between large organizations, overseeing employment contract reviews and regulatory policy assessments relevant to divestments.

Noteworthy among his achievements is his role as the HR lead for India’s largest consumer healthcare deal. Moreover, Nishanth has served as the Change Management Lead for the HR transformation and technology implementation at the world's leading Furniture Retailer.
