Jasleen brings over 19 years of management consulting experience across the UK, India, and the Middle East, advising government agencies, multinational corporations, and high-growth businesses. She has a strong track record of delivering large and complex business strategy, operations improvement, digital transformation programmes across cross functional teams and geographies.

She has also advised Governments on their investment attraction strategy, improving the ease of doing business for private sector and devising policies to boost economic growth. She has worked closely with large multinationals around market entry, expansion and strategic investments in India while helping them navigate new markets and unlocking growth opportunities for her clients.

Prior to joining Grant Thornton, Jasleen held leadership roles at Newton Europe, Big 4 firms and Accenture.
