Armand Hicham brings over two decades of professional experience in M&A, valuation, investment, and corporate finance across ICT, technology, digital media, infrastructure and renewable energy.

Prior to joining Grant Thornton UAE, Armand was a Director in Valuation Advisory at Kroll, advising PE and VC funds, as well as sovereign wealth funds across EMEA and the GCC region.

Armand was previously an M&A officer in leading ICT and Digital Media firms in the US, the UK and France, where he led a variety of buy-side and sell-side transactions in the US and EMEA. As a telecom banker with JP Morgan and RBS, based in London, he structured leveraged financings in the telecoms and media sectors. He started his career with Stern Stewart, based in New York, where he advised corporate clients on shareholder value and value-based management using the EVA financial framework.
