He has a strong background in IFRS, US GAAP, and complex consolidation processes, combined with strategic leadership experience across diverse global regions.

Anshul’s core expertise lies in technical financial reporting, ensuring IFRS compliance, and managing complex financial transformation projects. His prior roles at Grant Thornton UAE, Ernst & Young (India and US), and multinational organizations involved handling intricate accounting matters, M&A advisory, high-value group consolidations, and providing comprehensive IFRS guidance for M&A transactions and IPO readiness. He has also led finance transformation initiatives and advised on emerging areas such as cryptocurrency accounting.

Anshul is a Chartered Accountant, holds a Bachelor of Commerce from Delhi University, and has earned a Master’s in Business Finance from the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India.
